A campus-wide platform change feels daunting, but it does not have to be a big-bang cutover. A phased rollout lets you prove value early and de-risk the migration.
Begin with the academic backbone — setup, admissions, the student information system, registration, and the LMS. This establishes the single source of truth that everything else depends on.
Add finance and operations next: the general ledger, procurement, HR, and inventory. Because the academic side already posts into finance, you see integrated reporting almost immediately.
Layer campus services and insight last — library, transport, cafeteria, facilities, security, and executive dashboards. By this point the data foundation is solid, so each new module is largely configuration.
Throughout, license and activate modules incrementally. You pay for what you turn on, and you add the rest when your team is ready.
